We want you to love your Outerknown gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, visit sustainablesapparel.com and follow the instructions. Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We recommend returning your original item and placing a new order at sustainablesapparel.com for the fastest service. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in the original currency, minus shipping and duties.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at sustainablesapparel.com, and we’ll make it right.
